About the Keynote Speaker, Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna III
Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna III is the chairman of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services — the largest private real estate company in the United States. Founded in Pittsburgh, PA in 1957, the family-owned company now spans 13 states with more than 500 offices, 15,000 agents and employees, and over $37 billion in 2023 sales volume.
A pioneer in the real estate industry, Hoddy is known for his innovation, integrity, and vision — from launching one of the country’s first weekly real estate TV programs to bringing all listings online in 1996. His leadership has earned him numerous prestigious honors, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and induction into the RISMedia Real Estate Hall of Fame (2023).
Beyond business, Hoddy is deeply committed to his community, having raised over $22 million for children’s hospitals through Howard Hanna’s annual Children’s Free Care Fundraising Drive since 1988.
