Ann Dugan, founder and director of Pitt's Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, recently received the Entrepreneur of the Year award for the upstate New York, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia region from Ernst & Young LLP. As the winner in the "supporter of entrepreneurship" category, Ann was honored for providing educational and consulting services to businesses through a variety of programs she established through the IEE.
