Parking in Oakland: Metered street parking is available on Roberto Clemente and Schenley Drives using the City of Pittsburgh dashboard ticket system.  Additional parking is available at the Soldiers and Sailors garage, located on Bigelow Boulevard off of Fifth Avenue, for a fee.
